Tracked
Robot
10-ton
TRX is the GDLS 10-Ton Robotic Combat Vehicle designed for the battlefield of tomorrow. Built to support a wide range of missions, it’s modular, hybrid-electric, and optimized for speed, power, and flexibility.
Powered by a hybrid-electric system and built with advanced, lightweight materials, TRX delivers high mobility and exportable power to support heavy sensor suites, communications gear, mission payloads, or lethality systems.
Its flat-deck, payload-ready chassis supports a 1:1 payload-to-chassis ratio. That means TRX can carry heavy mission modules, from weapon systems to surveillance payloads, without compromising mobility.
Thanks to its modular design and digital-ready architecture, TRX is set to support multiple mission profiles including reconnaissance, sensor deployment, electronic warfare, direct/indirect fire, obstacle breaching, counter-UAS, loitering-munitions deployment, resupply and more.
TRX
BREACHER
TRX Breacher is a 10-ton tracked robotic vehicle designed to execute dangerous obstacle-reduction missions. It integrates flexible payloads, moves with Army formations, deploys by air, and provides hybrid-electric, exportable power to support mission command and future Army electrification goals.
TRX
LEONIDAS
TRX Leonidas is a jointly developed solution for mobile, unmanned counter-UAS and short-range air defense. The platform features the Epirus Leonidas high-power microwave array integrated onto the GDLS Tracked Robot 10-ton (TRX) vehicle for cost-effective drone defeat with unlimited magazine depth.
The Tracked Robot 10-ton (TRX) is an autonomous or remote-operated counter-UAS platform designed to defend forward positions without putting air defenders at risk. Built for high-risk environments and border protection missions, TRX can be positioned remotely or operated via tele-op, delivering persistent protection exactly where it’s needed, without exposing personnel to threat.
At its core is a solid-state, rapid-response high-power microwave (HPM) system that delivers near-instantaneous effects on target. Integrated radar, EO/IR sensors, and a gimbaled HPM provide true 360-degree sensing and field of fire, enabling one-to-many target management and engagement for effective counter-swarm defense. With cost-effective drone defeat and effectively unlimited magazine depth, TRX is purpose-built to keep pace with the evolving UAS threat.
TRX is powered by a next-generation electronic architecture that simplifies hardware and software upgrades, ensuring adaptable, software-defined effects that won’t be outpaced by future threats. State-of-the-art onboard computing enhances system durability and resilience while supporting rapid evolution as new capabilities emerge.
Mobility is delivered through a hybrid-electric drive and robotic tracked chassis capable of more than 300 miles of range and speeds up to 45 mph. A dynamic, modular suspension provides exceptional off-road performance across varied terrain, allowing TRX to maneuver where traditional platforms cannot. A 10-ton gross vehicle weight rating, approximately five tons of vehicle weight and five tons of payload capacity. TRX balances compact size with meaningful payload flexibility.
Physically, TRX measures 194 inches in length, 53 inches in height, and under 89 inches in width, with 15 inches of ground clearance, optimized for transportability, concealment, and operational agility. Together, these attributes make TRX a highly mobile, upgradeable, and survivable counter-UAS solution designed for modern and future battlefields.
