STERLING HEIGHTS, Mich. -- The Government owned Lima Army Tank Plant (LATP) in Lima, Ohio, operated by General Dynamics, was certified to the international quality standard ISO 9002.
KPMG of Short Hills, New Jersey, the system evaluator and registrar, recently performed the on-site quality system audit at the LATP which certified the operation. Compliance with ISO 9002 demonstrates a commitment to quality in all activities relating to the manufacturing of products at the Lima Army Tank Plant.
