STERLING HEIGHTS, Mich. - General Dynamics Land Systems has appointed Mark J. Sypniewski director, Material Acquisition for Production Procurement. Sypniewski will be responsible for all production procurement activities at Land Systems' Sterling Heights Complex (Sterling Heights, Michigan), Imperial Valley Operations (Imperial, California), and Tallahassee Operations (Tallahassee, Florida). He will also be responsible for the Material Finance organization.
He has held positions of increased responsibility in Land Systems' Materials organization over the past 18 years. His most recent assignment has been as manager, Material Acquisition, focusing on Production Procurement. Sypniewski holds a bachelor's degree in business from Oakland University.
