General Dynamics Land Systems Names Sridharan Senior Vice President, GDLS-Canada

STERLING HEIGHTS, Mich. - Dr. N. S. (Sridhar) Sridharan has been named senior vice president of General Dynamics Land Systems-Canada, succeeding John Ulrich, who became senior vice president and deputy director of General Dynamics European Land Combat Systems. Sridharan reports to David K. Heebner, president of General Dynamics Land Systems.

Sridharan, who has a PhD in materials science from the University of Michigan, joined Land Systems in 1983 as a manager in engineering, design and development and continued to progress through the organization. In 1999 he became vice president of Propulsion Systems and was appointed to his most recent position, vice president, engineering programs in 2004.
