General Dynamics Land Systems’ experience in the global defense market provides a number of advantages to our clients, including sales channel expertise, the development of offset opportunities, and trade compliance regulation assurances.

SALES CHANNELS
At General Dynamics Land Systems, we have the expertise to navigate a variety of sales channels for our clients. We know that each client or customer has their own unique needs and circumstances, and we use our experience to find the best fit for all parties. We also have the ability to explore various funding options and have significant experience in government-to-government contracts through both the United States and Canada as well as through Direct Commercial Sales.
General Dynamics can contract through several different sales channels depending on your preferences, including:
•    Direct Commercial sales based on mutually agreed upon terms and conditions.
•    U.S. Foreign Military Sales (FMS) that employ U.S. government-to-government channels for selling U.S. defense equipment, services, and training. This approach focuses on strengthening bilateral defense relations, supporting coalition building, and enhancing interoperability between U.S. and allied military forces.
•    Canadian Commercial Corporation (CCC) – a Canadian government-to-government transaction designed to meet allied militaries’ defense needs, assuring transparency throughout the procurement process.

OFFSETS
More than 120 countries participate in policies that are designed to meet their unique requirements and they expect some form of investment in their country in return. In order to ensure that business with General Dynamics Land Systems meets each respective country’s requirements, we have a dedicated team that works within the guidelines and policies of each of those countries to significantly streamline the transaction process.
